Storage

Distribution

with the planned acquisition of fleet of over 200 road tankers and over 100 petrol stations, Gurarapetro fuels ltd is setting to become a medium size player in the regional markets for the sales and marketing of its imported and blended gasoline and branded lubricants through to the ever expanding and developing West African region. Gurarapetro envisages to create modern and high quality filling stations through out Nigeria.

FUTURE UPSTREAM OPERATION

As part of its long term plans, Gurarapetro Energy is making arrangements to take position as a suppliers of crude to several offshore refineries , and as an offtaker of refined products for export, Gurarapetro energy will enter into participation agreements in several small marginal fields to add value to their daily production of their light and low sulphur West African crudes as well as condensates.

Gurarapetro energy maintains options to either deliver to the refineries or to sell on a spot basis as top up cargoes.

Ongoing evaluation and current field development plans, asset deployments (production equipment and pipeline to terminals and shore) are currently underway or in process.

Mid stream

Gurarapetro energy is in term negotiations with a new state of the art refinery in construction in Angola which will have a processing capacity of 4 million tons per annum and 2 million tons of storage for clean and crude products. This will include preferred supply, storage and off take agreement, it is advising the principal sponsor on overall marketing strategy and will act as the TRCL “ trading” entity.

Products will be sold locally and exported to the regional marketers.

A large scale blending, storage operational facility is envisaged to accompany and compliment, the main complex but as a separate entity ensuring stability of product availability and market economics. The facility will also be leased to major regional traders for their operations.
